Featured and Verified: what the badges mean
Understand the difference between promotion and verification.
Featured placement
Featured is a paid promotional placement in the Featured businesses section. It is labelled Sponsored and runs until the agreed expiry date. It does not mean the business has passed verification.
Verified by Biszouq
The verification service covers review of commercial registration and the seller’s authority to represent the business. Paying the review fee does not automatically award the badge: both checks must pass. The badge does not certify financial figures or guarantee investment returns.
Requesting a service
After your listing is published, request a quote from your dashboard. Agree the fee and duration with Biszouq. Payment is arranged directly with our team, which records the payment and activates the service after the required review.
